HR and the EEO/D&I Division has taken extensive measures to ensure D&I is top priority at every step of the recruitment process. We utilize diverse avenues to advertise open opportunities. Our outreach efforts to attract a diverse applicant pool include attending career fairs and conferences at local schools, universities, and non-profit organizations. With the creation of recruitment and selection guide, hiring managers are able to learn how to effectively select a diverse panel for application screenings and interviews as well as the importance of diversity in this space. During the interview process, we have included questions directly related to D&I and equity.
